1. The service
Pulsu (pulsu.app) is a free diary for home blood pressure readings, provided by Giffi OÜ (registry code 12483222). By using Pulsu you accept these terms.
2. Not a medical device
Pulsu does not diagnose or treat any condition. Colours and notes are for guidance only. Always follow your doctor's advice. In an emergency, call 112.
3. Your data and backups
Your readings are stored only on your device. We cannot see or restore them if they are lost — please save a backup regularly. You decide who you share your reports with.
4. Free and "as is"
Pulsu is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from using Pulsu or from loss of data.
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the service or try to disrupt it.
6. Changes and law
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by Estonian law. Questions: pulsuapp@gmail.com.
